Matt is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, business development, and operational excellence across financial services, technology, and real estate. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling organizations while fostering a culture centered on people and performance.

As Chief Operating Officer at EIA, Matt played a key role in the company’s impressive 900% growth. He led daily operations and oversaw business development, engineering, estimating, and project management teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and long-term strategic success. Under his leadership, EIA also achieved major milestones, including the construction of a new headquarters in Long Island City, New York.

Matt launched his career at Bloomberg LP after earning a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University, where he helped develop and launch Bloomberg Law. He then spent six years in the startup space, helping companies expand across government, legal, financial, and tech markets. Currently with CoStar Group, a leader in commercial real estate analytics, Matt continues to apply his strategic insight and dynamic leadership to drive innovation and growth.
